By downloading or using Exhale, you agree to these terms.

What Exhale is

Exhale is a motivational tracking app that helps you quit vaping. It provides educational estimates based on published research on nicotine cessation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you use nicotine replacement therapy or have health concerns, follow your clinician's guidance.

Subscriptions

• Exhale Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: $6.99/month or $29.99/year, after a 7-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

Your data

Your entries are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up; deleting the app deletes your data. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be available at this address. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
